MIMOSA MALL is one of the largest retail centers in the Free State Province (South Africa). This revamp includes additional parking levels and new shops to cater for a growing demand in the area.
The new look creates a brighter and vibrant atmosphere for shoppers. Key areas such as the foodcourt roof were demolished to create space for greater volumes with abundant natural light and unobstructed views to the outside. The tenant mix and mall layout were reconfigured to improve the efficiency of the center.
